Terms & Conditions

Returns

All returns must be within 30 days at customers expense, proof of purchase required.

Parts correctly supplied and then returned maybe subject up to a 30% handling charge postage is non-refundable.

We do not accept returns where the Parts have been purchased for track use, race use, or hire or reward.

All parts returned must be clean and free from oil, correctly labelled and properly packaged to avoid damage.

Items not meeting these requirements may forfeit a surcharge. Items returned for a refund must have a copy of invoice or a covering letter stating original invoice number/date.

VAT

Although we are VAT registered, we operate under the Global Accounting System which means we do not charge VAT on items under £500, items over £500 will be supplied with a VAT Invoice

Warranties

All parts supplied come with a 3-month Warrantee unless otherwise stated or sold as spares or repairs

Warranties cover parts only and only apply if parts are fitted by a recognised independent specialist or approved dealer

Engines, Gearbox's, DPFs, CATs, Turbos, Alternator, Starter Motors, Power Steering pumps, power steering racks, are sold on an Exchange Basis

Failure to return the Exchange unit within 30 days May result in void warranty

Mail Order

Free P&P is for mainland uk England Wales and some parts of Scotland

There are some instances where size, weight or location may mean that there will be a charge for shipping

We aim to use the most convenient courier service for your item, most items are small enough to be handled by our next day courier that has an excellent tracking system that allows them to contact you via

text message and email with a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery,

if you do not provide the correct information, we will not be held responsible for any delays in receipt of your item.

With especially large items (Engines and Gearboxes for example) we understand you may require us to send these to a different address,

we can make arrangements for this, although payment may have to be made via Bank Transfer.


Items damaged in transit must be notified to ourselves ASAP

photographic evidence must be provided to allow us to process a claim and send a replacement item out to you,

in some instances, it may be required for you to return the item before a replacement or Refund can be arranged
